Grave care is a professional service in which we take over the maintenance of graves on behalf of families. This means that we visit the cemetery regularly to clean the grave, remove weeds, polish the headstone, and perform general maintenance.

After each maintenance visit, we’ll send you photos via WhatsApp or email, so you always know how the grave looks. You no longer have to worry about maintenance and can rest assured, even from a distance, that your loved one is being well cared for.

After receiving your request, we usually schedule an initial visit to the cemetery within one week. During this visit, we take photos of the current condition and draw up a maintenance plan.

For emergencies (such as storm damage or vandalism), we can often be on site within 2–3 business days. Our goal is to provide families with peace of mind and reassurance as quickly as possible.

Yes, we work at all cemeteries in Belgium, including both municipal and private cemeteries. We are familiar with the rules and procedures of most cemeteries and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the regulations.

During our first visit, we always request permission from the cemetery administration and ensure that all the paperwork is in order.

In the event of extreme weather conditions (severe storms, freezing rain, snow) we will postpone the visit for the safety of our staff. We will notify you and schedule a new date as soon as the weather permits.

We carry on working even in light rain—after all, ditches always need maintenance, regardless of the weather. We are equipped with the right clothing and materials for all weather conditions.

Our prices depend on the type of grave and the frequency of maintenance. You can choose from three different options:

• Grave marker: €35/year (once a year), €45/year (four times a year), or €58/year (six times a year)
• Marble headstone: €58/year (once a year), €81/year (four times a year), or €99/year (six times a year)
• Stone headstone: €76/year (once a year), €108/year (four times a year), or €135/year (six times a year)
• Double grave: €108/year (once a year), €144/year (four times a year), or €180/year (six times a year)
• Family grave: €135/year (once a year), €189/year (four times a year), or €225/year (six times a year)

All prices include VAT. The most popular option is maintenance 4 times a year (once every three months), which ensures that the grave is well maintained throughout the year.

No, we operate with complete transparency. The prices we quote are the final prices, including VAT. There are no hidden costs for transportation, tools, or labor.

Only additional services that you specifically request (such as special floral arrangements, extra visits, or emergency services) will be billed separately. We always discuss these arrangements with you first.

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. After signing up for the subscription, you will receive an invoice within a few days that you can pay within 30 days via bank transfer.

One-time services (such as emergency services or additional flower delivery services) will be billed retroactively with the same 30-day payment term.

Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription. For changes (such as switching from monthly to quarterly billing), a one-month notice period applies. The change will then take effect starting with the next billing period.

To cancel, you must give one month’s notice prior to the end of the subscription year. Amounts already paid will not be refunded, but service will continue until the end of the paid period.

Our standard grave maintenance includes:

• Removing weeds and leaves
• Cleaning the headstone with special cleaning products
• Cleaning lettering and decorative elements
• Brushing and cleaning the paths around the grave
• Removing wilted flowers
• Check for damage or maintenance issues
• Taking photos for the final report

Everything is handled with respect and care, as if it were our own family grave.

Absolutely! We understand that every grave is unique and that families have specific wishes. Please feel free to let us know if there are certain details you’d like us to pay special attention to.

• Special cleaning services around the holidays
• Placing candles or other memorial items

Communication is our top priority—we want you to feel completely at ease.

Our floral service ensures that there are always fresh or beautiful silk flowers on the grave. This can be a one-time service for special occasions or a regular service.

What we offer:

• Fresh flowers available upon request
• Seasonal packages
• Special bouquets for birthdays or anniversaries of death
• Silk flowers for long-lasting decoration
• Personalized cards, if desired

Prices start at €25 per bouquet. We always send photos of the bouquet once it has been delivered.

We offer three different maintenance schedules:

• Once a year: Annual maintenance, ideal for graves that require minimal maintenance
• 4 times a year: Quarterly maintenance, the most popular choice for optimal care
• 6 times a year: Bimonthly maintenance, for graves that require extra attention

With every service, you will receive a photo report of the work performed.

After each maintenance visit, we take photos of the grave to show you how the work was done. These photos are usually sent to you the same day.

• Both: For added peace of mind

The photos always include before-and-after shots so you can see the difference.

Yes, we are fully covered by professional liability insurance. This means that any damage we accidentally cause while performing our work is covered by our insurance.

In addition, we always work with the utmost care and caution. Our staff are trained to work safely around delicate headstones and decorations. Damage is extremely rare, but should it occur, you are covered.

Yes, we understand that you’d like to see how we work before you sign up for a full subscription. That’s why we offer several options:

• One-time cleaning: €30–55 (depending on the type of grave)
• Trial Month: One month of service at the monthly rate
• Emergency Service: For urgent situations starting at €55

After your one-time service, you can always decide to sign up for a subscription. Many customers do this because they are so satisfied with our work.
